序言：
This case is a 90 square meter modern style three bedroom and two living room apartment. Designers create a comfortable and pleasant home for homeowners by redesigning the spatial structure and optimizing the spatial flow.
本案是一套90㎡的三室二厅现代风案例。设计师通过重新规划空间构造，优化空间动线，为业主打造一个舒适宜人的家。



客厅 Living room

Change the original floor tiles to white tiles, making the space appear more spacious. The white TV cabinet enhances visual unity and is complemented by wooden accents inside, avoiding a monotonous feeling. The black leather sofa has been replaced with a fresher light coffee colored sofa, combined with a unique shaped chandelier and decorative paintings on the wall, creating a harmonious overall atmosphere.

将原来的地砖改为白色通铺的瓷砖，让空间显得更加宽敞。白色电视柜增加视觉统一性，搭配内部木色的点缀，避免了产生单调的感觉。黑色皮质沙发换成颜色更加清新的浅咖色沙发，加上造型独特的吊灯和墙上的装饰画，整体充满了和谐感。

The living room creates the atmosphere of home, with a simple and bright softness, or a meticulous and exquisite presence. The presence of a moment is silently expressed through the thoughts and consciousness of the occupants, conveying the subtle perception of life and the inner state of mind everywhere. The atmosphere of home life is comfortable, relaxed, and simple.

客厅打造家的气韵，素雅明亮的柔美，或是细致入微的精湛，片刻间的存在，都是用居住者的思想意识，为我们无声地表达感知人生的微妙，到处内心的心境。居家生活气息，是舒适，自在，淳朴。

客厅自然朴素之美“它一半在物，一半在你，在你手里。“生活格调于此，被重新赋予了生活的涵义



餐厅 Dining room

The overlapping and abstract interweaving of living scenes in the restaurant space allows space users to immerse themselves in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, bringing interaction between the physical and spiritual worlds. Fireworks, let time linger and feel eternal, enveloping the emotions of life. Thus, the philosophy of achieving an ideal home.

餐厅空间生活场景重叠、抽象交织在一起，让空间使用者沉浸在轻松愉悦的氛围之中，带来物理与精神世界的互动。烟火气，让时光停留，顿感永恒，包裹着生活情感。如此，实现理想居所的哲理。



厨房 Kitchen

The kitchen has a pure and flawless visual impact, which makes people fall in love at first glance. The sharp lines, black and white matching, and the high-end sense of space are filled with straight lines.

厨房拥有洁白无暇的视觉冲击，让人一眼就爱上，利落的线条，黑白搭配，空间高级感直线拉满。

The kitchen can be closed or open, and the track door serves as a partition between two spaces, fully utilizing the flexibility of the space. Not only does it meet the functional requirements of the space, but it also increases the spaciousness and brightness of the space, and the storage space is sufficient and particularly warm.

厨房可做封闭式也可做为开放式，轨道门作为两个空间之间的隔断，充分利用空间可塑性，不仅空间功能条件得到满足的同时，又增加空间宽敞明亮，且储物空间充足，又格外温暖。

The perforated panel on the wall at the entrance solves the storage problem in situations of insufficient space by saving floor space and transferring storage functions to the wall. Paired with uniquely patterned wall tiles, create a beautiful and practical entry-level space.

门口墙面上的洞洞板，通过节省地面空间，将收纳功能转移到墙上的方法，解决了空间不足情况下的储物难题。搭配花纹独特的墙面瓷砖，打造出美观实用的入门空间。



阳台 Balcony

The white floor tiles throughout increase the spatial extension, and the balcony is equipped with washing and drying sets and sweeping robots. The classic black and white color scheme is simple and elegant, forming a functional yet beautiful corner of the home together with the cabinets.

通铺的白色地砖增加了空间延展，阳台布置了洗烘套装和扫地机器人，经典的黑白配色，简洁大方，与柜子共同构成富有功能性又不失美观的家庭一角。




走廊  Hellway

In order to further optimize the spatial flow, the designer changed the direction of the original master bedroom door opening, avoiding the awkward position of the master bedroom bathroom that needs to go around a large circle. At the same time, the original secondary bedroom wall was removed and moved inward to create a new indoor corridor. Cabinets were used as partitions, which not only increased spatial privacy but also expanded indoor space storage.

为了进一步优化空间动线，设计师更改了原有主卧的开门方向，避免了主卧卫生间需要绕一大圈的尴尬走位，同时拆除原次卧墙面并向内平移，打造出一条新的室内走廊，利用柜体做隔断，不仅增加了空间私密性，还扩大了室内空间收纳。

The multifunctional room adopts Changhong glass sliding doors for opening and closing, which greatly increases indoor lighting. Secondly, the hazy texture of the material plays a good role in concealment and decoration. It can not only be stored or hidden, but also switch between multiple functions such as study, guest room, and leisure area at any time.

多功能房采用长虹玻璃推拉门进行开合，很好的增加了室内采光，其次材质的朦胧感起到很好的隐秘和装饰的效果，不仅可收可藏，还可随时切换书房、客房、休闲区等多种功能。

The corridor has also become a key activity venue for Mao children, which is very suitable.

走廊也成为了毛孩子的重点活动场地，十分应景。
 

主卧 Master Bedroom

The entrance area of the master bedroom serves as a dressing and hat area, with a row of towering wardrobes that are full of storage functions. The bedroom decoration is simple and warm, interpreting cuteness, simplicity, elegance, and leisure.
主卧入门区域做衣帽区，一整排顶天立地衣柜，收纳功能爆足，卧室装饰简单温馨，诠释着可爱质朴，素雅且悠然自得。



卫生间 toilet

The bathroom is designed with three separate compartments. The bathroom is separated by corrugated glass, making it visually visible and improving the problem of hidden bathrooms. The suspended design of the washbasin is more convenient for daily cleaning, and the cat litter box is hidden and practical below, making it convenient for the cleaning staff. At the same time, it also ensures the dryness of the space while improving its utilization efficiency.
卫生间，做三分离设计，洗手间用水波纹玻璃做了隔断，视觉若隐若现，改善原本暗卫的问题，洗手台悬浮设计更加方便日常打扫清洁，猫砂盆放置下方隐蔽且实用，让铲屎官便利。同时也保证空间干燥性的同时提高空间利用率。
