序言：
This case is a 300 square meter new Chinese style villa. Designers use modern design techniques to create a home rich in Eastern charm for homeowners through space to space communication and interaction.

本案是一套300㎡的新中式别墅案例。设计师通过空间与空间的交流、互动，用现代的设计手法，为业主打造一个富有东方韵味的家。



客厅 Living room

Green marble, with its complex and natural texture, exudes a calm and natural aura, and forms a classic color matching with the red bonsai beside the stairs.

绿色大理石以其繁复自然的纹理，流露出沉稳自然的气度，并与楼梯旁红色的盆景构成经典的撞色搭配。

The classical shaped chandelier emits a soft light, while the yellowed traditional Chinese painting on the wooden background wall exudes a faint ancient charm.

造型古典的吊灯发出柔和的光，泛黄的国画在木质的背景墙上散发淡淡的古韵。



餐厅 Restaurant

The integrated layout of the dining and dining rooms ensures that the dining space is not cramped. The steady grey and leather dining chair implies the thickness of life.

客餐厅贯通一体的布局，让用餐空间不显局促。稳重的灰色与皮革材质餐椅，隐含着生活的厚度。

In front of the round table, the family experienced the warmth of fireworks, painting a picture of life in one meal, sharing three meals, and accompanying each other throughout the four seasons.

在圆桌前，一家人体会着烟火气息的暖意，在一餐一饭中，绘满生活的画卷，三餐共享，四季相伴。



茶室  Tearoom

When the space is quiet, integrate elegant life with objects, forming a peaceful and ancient meaning. A fusion of Chinese style charm and modernity in home decor, with simple and elegant layout, without excessive decoration, but with a beauty of white space. Against the backdrop of green plants, it is full of vitality.

当空间沉静，将雅趣生活与器物融合，形成宁静高古之意。极具中式韵味与现代感的家居聚合，简约大方的布置，没有过多的装饰，反有一种留白之美。在绿植的衬托下，生机盎然。

Through the glass sliding door, the view of the garden is unobstructed, and in the fresh aroma of tea, one can appreciate the outside scenery and enjoy a peaceful moment.

透过玻璃推拉门，花园的景色一览无余，在清新的茶香中，欣赏外面的景致，享受宁静的时刻。



门厅 Lobby

The light strips on both sides of the aisle create a modern feel. The potted plants and stairs are separated by hollow partitions, creating a unique decorative painting. The fusion of traditional freehand art and modern sophistication sets the tone for the entire space.

过道两侧的灯带构成现代感。盆栽与楼梯通过镂空隔断，自成一幅独特的装饰画。传统的写意艺术感与现代的高级感融为一体，奠定了整个空间的基调。



花园 Garden

The staggered design greatly enriches the sense of spatial hierarchy, and the small garden is full of vitality, helping those who enter to relieve fatigue and feel comfortable and calm.

错落有致的设计大大丰富了空间层次感，小小的花园富有生机，帮助进门的人卸下疲惫，感受惬意与平静。



卧室 Bedroom

The combination of wood and white creates a natural and harmonious resting environment. By optimizing the original spatial layout and dividing it into simple dressing rooms, it not only increases practicality but also prevents the room from appearing too spacious. Create a peaceful personal world with modern oriental furniture combinations.

木色与白色构成自然和谐的休息环境，通过合理优化原有空间格局，分隔出简单的衣帽间，不仅增加了实用性，也可以让房间不会显得太空。在富有现代东方感的家具搭配中，打造宁静的个人世界。
